Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized products are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or damage.
How to Initiate a Return

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Packaging: Pack your item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged items.
- Lost Returns: We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot process refunds for lost or undelivered returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order on guriguri.eu.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@guriguri.eu within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
